I acknowledge that participation in baseball involves physical activity and a risk of injury. I assume all risks and hazards incidental to the participation, including transportation to and from the tryout. I release and hold harmless the coaches, organizers, volunteers, and facility owners from any and all liability for injuries, medical expenses, or other claims arising from my child’s participation in this event. In the event of an emergency, I authorize the staff to secure medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached.
