The Silver Valley Wildcats 11U Travel Baseball Team is holding tryouts for the upcoming 2026 season with voluntary Winter workouts! We’re looking for dedicated, coachable players who love the game and are ready to compete at a higher level.

Ages: Players must be 11 or under as of May 1, 2026

I, the parent/legal guardian of the player listed on this registration, hereby give permission for my child to participate in the youth baseball tryout for the Silver Valley Wildcats. I acknowledge that participation in baseball involves physical activity and a risk of injury. I assume all risks and hazards incidental to the participation, including transportation to and from the tryout. I release and hold harmless the coaches, organizers, volunteers, and facility owners from any and all liability for injuries, medical expenses, or other claims arising from my child’s participation in this event. In the event of an emergency, I authorize the staff to secure medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached.
